Swimming pool
The heart of the farmhouse. The pool is filled with fresh water for bookings, lined with loungers along the deck and lit by underwater lights, so it turns a deep glowing blue after sunset. Families spend the morning in it, friends come back to it after the bonfire.
Lawns and veranda
Green lawns run in front of the villa, with a covered veranda for shade in the hottest hours. Garden tables and chairs are set out for a long lunch, and there is room on the grass for cricket, games or a decorated birthday corner.
Bonfire circle
A round brick fire pit sits a few steps from the pool, wrapped in a curved bench with seating for more than 50 people. On winter evenings it is the reason groups book the all-day package: chai, a fire, and the pool glowing behind you.
BBQ area
Space and a charcoal grill for skewers, from chicken tikka to seekh kebab and malai boti. Tell the team your BBQ plan when you book so the area is ready, and ask what is provided and what to bring.
Lounge
Long sofas and a wall-mounted TV make the lounge the place to rest through the afternoon heat, watch a match or keep the elders comfortable while the children swim.
Rooms
Two furnished rooms, including a master suite with a carved double bed, and two bathrooms for changing after the pool. Bedding and toiletries are included in every package.
Practical
The all-day package includes generator backup for load-shedding. The day package runs on normal WAPDA electricity.
Boundary walls and one gate. Only your group is inside during your booking.
Cars park inside the property. Coming in a coaster or bus? Mention it when you book.

Yes. The farmhouse is booked by one group at a time, so the pool, lawns and rooms are used only by your guests during your hours.
Yes, it has underwater lights. To enjoy it after sunset, book the all-day package (9 AM to 9 PM).
The bonfire circle and BBQ area are part of the property, but a fire is best after dark, which the all-day package covers. Tell the team your plan when you book.
