What this website collects

Nothing you type. The booking form on this site does not send anything to our server: it writes a message on your own device and opens WhatsApp, where you choose whether to send it. There are no accounts, no newsletter and no payment pages on this website.

Messages and calls

When you message Moments Farmhouse on WhatsApp or call us, we receive what you send: usually your name, phone number, date, guest count and plans. We use it only to answer you, confirm and manage your booking, and contact you about that booking.

We do not sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.
We keep booking conversations only as long as needed for the booking and any follow-up.
WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to messages sent through WhatsApp.

Website analytics

This website may use Google Analytics to count visits and which buttons are used (for example "Book on WhatsApp" or "Call"), so we can improve the site. These statistics do not tell us who you are.

Maps and links

The location section embeds a Google Map, which loads from Google when you scroll to it. Links to WhatsApp, Facebook and Google Maps take you to those services, whose own policies apply.

Deleting your details

To ask us to delete your messages and booking details, send a message on WhatsApp to +92 334 8189674.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with its date.
