    Arrive late morning, swim through the afternoon, decorate a corner of the lawn and cut the cake when the pool lights come on. The all-day package keeps the party going until 9 PM with generator backup for lights and music.

    Time the cake for just after sunset: the lit pool makes the photos.

    The classic farmhouse day: children in the pool, elders on the veranda or in the lounge, lunch on the lawn. Eight hours from 9 AM is enough for a relaxed day without rushing.
