Two fixed prices, one custom quote

Every package rents the whole farmhouse to your group alone. The difference between them is time, guest count and power backup. Pick the day package for a pool day that ends before sunset, the all-day package when the evening matters, and ask for a quote when you need more hours, more guests or a night stay.

  • The whole property, privately

    One group at a time. The gate closes behind you and nobody else is let in during your hours.

  • A fresh-water pool

    The pool is filled with fresh water for bookings, with underwater lights for the evening.

  • Rooms, bathrooms and lounge

    Two furnished rooms, two bathrooms and the lounge with TV, with bedding and toiletries.

  • Utilities and upkeep

    Electricity, water, security and upkeep are part of the price, not added on the day.

  • Choose the day package if…

    • You want a pool day and lunch on the lawn
    • Your group is 20 people or fewer
    • Everyone is happy to leave by 5 PM
    • Power cuts during the day are not a deal-breaker

  • Choose the all-day package if…

    • The evening is the highlight: pool lights, bonfire, BBQ
    • Your group is up to 25 people
    • You want generator backup for fans, lights and music
    • You are celebrating a birthday or a team day

  • Ask for a custom quote if…

    • You need more than 12 hours or a night stay
    • Your guest list is bigger than 25
    • You want decor and lighting arranged for you
    • You are booking several days or a season

How the price is confirmed

Send your date, package and guest count. The team replies on WhatsApp with availability and the price for that date. You pay the booking advance the team asks for, and the date is held for you. The terms of your booking, including the advance and what happens if plans change, are confirmed in the same WhatsApp thread, so you always have them in writing.

  • For the whole farmhouse. PKR 25,000 for the day package and PKR 32,000 for the all-day package cover your entire group within the guest limit, not each person.

  • Ask when you book. If the evening matters, the all-day package (9 AM to 9 PM, generator backup) is usually the better choice than extending a day booking.

  • Tell the team your real guest count when you book. Groups larger than 25 are handled as a custom event with its own quote.

  • Utilities, security and upkeep are included in every package. Anything extra, such as decor, lighting or longer hours, is agreed and priced on WhatsApp before your date, never added on arrival.

  • Special rates apply to extended stays and seasonal bookings. The price for your exact date is confirmed on WhatsApp, and that confirmed price is final.
